Desi Ghee Dry Fruit Panjiri
Panjiri is a traditional sweet from the Indian subcontinent that is typically made during special occasions and festivals. It is a type of dry fruit sweet that is made by roasting flour, ghee (clarified butter), and a mixture of nuts and dried fruits.
To prepare panjiri, a mixture of whole wheat flour and ghee is roasted until it turns golden brown and aromatic. A mixture of nuts and dried fruits such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins, and coconut is then added to the mixture, along with sugar or jaggery for sweetness.
