Kanha Sweets
Pan Ladoo
Pan Ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet that is flavored with Betel leaves (pan), which are a popular mouth freshener in India. It is made by mixing roasted and ground Bengal gram (chana dal), jaggery or sugar, grated coconut, and pan leaves into small balls, which are then shaped into round or oval shapes.
To prepare Pan Ladoo, Bengal gram is roasted until it turns golden brown and then ground into a coarse powder. The grated coconut is then mixed with jaggery or sugar and flavored with crushed pan leaves. The mixture is then mixed with the Bengal gram powder to form a dough, which is then rolled into small balls and shaped into the desired shape.
