Special Moongra

Besan mongra is a popular snack from Amritsar, a city in the northern Indian state of Punjab. It is made with chickpea flour (besan), spices, and other ingredients.

To make besan mongra, first, a dough is prepared by mixing besan, kalimirch , salt, red chili powder, and water. The dough is then rolled into thin strips and deep-fried until crispy and golden brown.
